A couple of plays tonight for the big slate of hockey tonight, so let’s get it started. Mike, I know you’re saying the Islanders might keep it alive, but I am getting plus money on the Carolina Hurricanes, and I am absolutely taking it. Even if you think this is just a coin flip of a game, take the team with plus money; I just think the +102 price tag is good, so I am going with the Hurricanes as road dogs tonight. 

Also, I’ve got a shot prop parlay tonight. Eyeing up a couple of players, and one of them is Hurricanes forward Jordan Martinook, who has been a sneaky player for this Canes team. He has hit this Over 1.5 prop in four of the five games so far in this series, and I don’t like the payout, so I am playing it with Cale Makar of the Colorado Avalanche. I don’t love a side in this Avalanche and Kraken game, as I think it’s a hard one to read, but I do think Makar coming off his suspension, is going to be hungry to make an impact. He’s hit this mark in three of the four games he’s played so far. If you play those two together, it’s a very nice +151 payout.
