Buffalo Sabres acquire goaltender Malcolm Subban

The Buffalo Sabres have acquired goaltender Malcolm Subban from the Chicago Blackhawks in exchange for future considerations.
The deal was first reported by Daily Faceoff’s Frank Seravalli.

— Frank Seravalli (@frank_seravalli) December 2, 2021Subban, 27, has appeared in 82 games at the NHL level with the Boston Bruins, Vegas Golden Knights and the Blackhawks posted a 36-31-8 record, a .899 save percentage and a 3.02 goals against average.
This season, Subban has played in five games with the AHL’s Rockford Icehogs posted a 2-2-1 record, a .893 save percentage and a 3.38 goals against average.
