Nazar has missed the Blackhawks’ last two games dealing with an abdomen injury. Chicago’s first-round pick from 2022 left Friday’s practice early while appearing to be in some discomfort, though head coach Jeff Blashill told the media afterwards that Nazar’s early exit from practice was planned.
Blashill said Nazar, Dickinson and Bertuzzi are all day-to-day, statuses unknown for tomorrow. Burakovsky will play tomorrow.

In 15 games played this season, Nazar has five goals and six assists for 11 points, while averaging 18:46 of ice time per game. Last season, the Detroit native put up 12 goals and 14 assists for 26 points in 53 games as a 21-year-old rookie.
Dickinson, 30, has missed Chicago’s last six games while dealing with a shoulder injury he suffered on October 30th against the Winnipeg Jets. The veteran has a goal and two assists for three points in eight games this season. The Blackhawks acquired Dickinson in a trade from the Vancouver Canucks at the start of the 2022-23 season. He is currently in the second season of a two-year, $8.5 million deal with the team, and is set to become an unrestricted free agent next offseason.
Bertuzzi was describes as “a little banged up” by Blashill following Friday’s practice, which may be the result of the dangerous hit by Brenden Dillon he absorbed during Wednesday’s 4-3 overtime win over the New Jersey Devils.
