Crawford (lower-body) Out 2-3 Weeks

Chicago Blackhawks goaltender Corey Crawford will miss two to three weeks with a left foot/ankle injury.
Crawford addressed the media on Wednesday afternoon with his left foot in a walking boot. Crawford confirmed that he suffered the injury missing a step at a concert the other day. Crawford would not divulge wether or not alcohol played a factor in the injury.
With Crawford out, Antti Raanta will start in goal on Wednesday vs. St. Louis and should serve as the Blackhawks starter for the next few weeks. Scott Darling was recalled from Rockford (AHL) and he should serve as Raanta’s backup.
Raanta makes for a strong add in standard leagues. Chicago ranks fifth in the league in shots against per game (27.4) and eighth in goals for (2.96 G/PG) which should create plenty of opprtunities for wins for Raanta and Darling. Raanta is 1-2-0 with a 2.03 GAA and .933 SV% so far this season.
