Daily Fantasy Notebook (11/06)

Whether you spend your entire day at work or school, it can be difficult to stay on top of all NHL news. That’s why I have created the Daily Fantasy Notebook, so you can catch up on everything you might have missed throughout the day.

The notebook will be released everyday after teams wrap up their morning skate. It will include a number of things: Injury updates, prominent line changes, goalie rankings and DFS value picks.

While this is obviously more geared towards daily fantasy hockey, it can be just as useful for season-long players as well. Injuries are obviously key, but important line changes could be viewed as as potential waiver wire pickups and the goalie rankings can help you make the tough starting goalie decisions you face on large slates.

Key Injuries

– Brad Marchand (upper-body) will not play on Monday

– David Krejci (back) will not play on Monday

– Matt Calvert (upper-body) has been placed on IR; will not play on Monday

– Auston Matthews (undisclosed) will be a game-time decision on Monday

– Martin Hanzal (lower-body) will return to the Stars lineup on Monday

– Adam Lowry (upper-body) will return to the Jets lineup on Monday.

– Gustav Nyquist (lower-body) will be a game-time decision on Monday.
