I’ve never seen anything like this. I didn’t post the betting guide on Wednesday because the model was in-line with the sportsbooks, and did not see any value on the board. That’s normal for a three-game slate, but no bets on a 10-game slate!? Unheard of. The one lean that the model has, which has gotten stronger in the last hour, is Anaheim @ Washington. The Capitals will get Alex Ovechkin (personal) back tonight but will be without Anthony Mantha (injured reserve), Dmitry Orlov and Garnet Hathaway, who was scratched for trade-related reasons. It’s not fully there, so feel free to pass because it’s admittedly a bit thin. However, I couldn’t go two full days with NO BETS! Half a unit at most.
