The teams haven’t met since last March, when the Avalanche pulled out a 4-3 victory as -250 home favorites on the NHL odds at sportsbooks in an OVER result for totals bettors. That made the OVER/UNDER 4-4-2 in their last 10 meetings. Colorado is riding a two-game winning streak.

Opening NHL Odds: Wild -119 Favorites

The Panthers are just 3-7 in their last 10 games against the Wild dating back to February 2015, with Florida falling 4-2 to Minnesota in their most recent matchup on December 3 as -130 home favorites on the NHL betting lines. That was a PUSH result on the totals, with the UNDER having only paid out once in the last seven games between the teams. The Panthers are riding a four-game winning streak into Monday’s matchup, winning 4-1 at Detroit as -235 betting favorites on Saturday. The Wild have picked up the victory in their last two contests.
