Islanders vs Flyers | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Flyers -125 Favorites
Philadelphia opens a four-game homestand with the first of two games versus New York after sweeping the New Jersey Devils in a pair. The Flyers won both games over the Devils by exactly two goals to cover the puckline, and the OVER is also on a 3-1 run in their last four. The Islanders have headed in the opposite direction, dropping three in a row following a 6-3 loss to the Washington Capitals as -130 road favorites on Thursday, with the OVER cashing for the first time in their first seven games. But New York has won eight of the last 11 in this series.
Predators vs Lightning | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Lightning -167 Favorites
Tampa Bay will try to end a two-game skid in the opener of a four-game homestand against Nashville. The Lightning will actually play the Predators in four of their next six games, and they have scored only two goals total during their losing streak after getting blanked 1-0 by the Hurricanes in overtime as -150 road favorites on Thursday. Nashville has won two in a row following a two-game sweep of the Chicago Blackhawks, with both games decided in extra time. The UNDER is on a 3-0 run for the Predators, who have won four of the past five meetings.
Flames vs Canadiens | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Canadiens -111 Favorites
Red-hot Montreal will go for its fourth straight win and try for a two-game sweep of Calgary in this spot. The Canadiens doubled up the Flames 4-2 as -125 home favorites on Thursday, and all five of their previous wins this season have now been decided by two goals or more. The OVER is on a 3-0-1 run for Montreal as well while Calgary is riding a three-game losing streak.
Maple Leafs vs Oilers | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Maple Leafs -133 Favorites
Toronto will also attempt a two-game sweep of Edmonton in the second game of a two-game series to close out a four-game road trip. The Maple Leafs defeated the Oilers 4-3 as -130 road favorites on Thursday for their fourth straight victory on a power-play goal by Auston Matthews at the 13:37 mark of the third period. Toronto has now won 16 of the past 20 meetings in this series with Edmonton dating back to 2010, including five in a row at Rogers Place.
Penguins vs Rangers | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Pick’em -110 Odds
Streaky Pittsburgh hopes to halt a two-game losing streak in the first of two games at New York. The Penguins were just swept by the Boston Bruins in two games after a four-game winning streak, which followed an 0-2 start. The UNDER has also cashed in three straight for Pittsburgh since a 5-0 run to start the year. The Rangers ended a four-game skid with a 3-2 overtime victory against the Buffalo Sabres as -125 road favorites Thursday, with top overall pick Alexis Lafreniere finally netting his first career goal. The UNDER is on a 3-0 run for New York too.
Avalanche vs Wild | OddsShark Matchup Report

Two of the top teams in the West Division will square off in the first of two games when Colorado visits Minnesota.
