Buffalo begins a four-game road trip Tuesday with the first of two at New York. The Sabres are coming off a two-game split with the Devils, as the total went OVER in both. The Islanders are looking to end a five-game skid after getting swept by the Flyers in a pair on the road. New York has seen three of its five losses decided by one goal, including a 4-3 defeat in overtime Sunday as a +100 underdog. The Islanders have won the past three meetings though and eight of 10.

Opening NHL Odds: Blue Jackets -111 Favorites

Dallas is looking to two-game skid in the first of two games at Columbus to close out a four-game road trip. The Stars fell 4-3 to the Hurricanes in a shootout on Sunday after suffering their first loss to the same opponent 4-1 on Saturday. Dallas had won each of its first three games, outscoring the opposition by a combined score of 12-3. The Blue Jackets are back home for the first of four games after splitting two against the Blackhawks on the road. Columbus has seen the UNDER cash in three straight games and six of its last eight.

Opening NHL Odds: Canadiens -167 Favorites

Montreal bounced back from is first loss in four games with a 6-2 rout of Vancouver as a -165 home favorite Monday. The Canadiens were coming off a 2-0 setback Saturday to the Flames while a season-high four-game winning streak came to an end for the Canucks, with the OVER cashing for the first time in four games. Vancouver has lost the past three meetings and four straight when playing the second game of a back-to-back situation.

Opening NHL Odds: Flames -111 Favorites

Calgary is going for consecutive wins at Winnipeg after a 4-3 comeback victory in a shootout as a -125 road favorite Monday. The Flames trailed the Jets 2-0 after the first period, but they were able to outscore them 3-1 the rest of the way to force extra time, with Johnny Gaudreau tallying a goal and the game-winning shot in the shootout. Calgary has won three of the past four meetings and five in a row when playing the second game of a back-to-back.

Hurricanes vs Blackhawks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Hurricanes -175 Odds

Chicago will try to stay hot at home in the first of two games versus Carolina. The Blackhawks have won three of their first four home games, with the only blemish coming in a 2-1 loss to the Blue Jackets as +115 underdogs Friday. They rebounded with a 3-1 win in the rematch as +100 underdogs Sunday, as the UNDER cashed for the fourth straight time. The Hurricanes have won four in a row but will be without starting goalie Petr Mrazek, who is out with an upper-body injury. James Reimer (3-0-0, 1.99 GAA) is expected to replace Mrazek.

Wild vs Avalanche | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Avalanche -175 Favorites

Minnesota and Colorado continue a four-game series in Denver after the teams split two back in St. Paul last weekend. The Wild edged the Avalanche 4-3 as a +120 home underdog Sunday, with the OVER cashing in their third consecutive game. Colorado had won the first meeting 5-1 as a -150 road favorite Saturday, with the OVER cashing for the third time in four games. The Avalanche have dropped two of the past three home meetings with the Wild after a three-game winning streak there, and the OVER is on a 5-1-1 series run at Ball Arena.

Senators vs Oilers | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Oilers -222 Favorites

Ottawa will make another attempt at ending its losing streak at Edmonton after getting routed 8-5 there as a +165 road underdog Sunday. The Senators have now lost eight straight games, giving up five goals in the first period of their latest loss, including two to James Neal. The Oilers saw the OVER move to 5-0-1 in their last six games as they won their second in a row overall and first in three meetings in this series. Ottawa had won the previous two matchups at Rogers Place by a combined score of 9-5, with the OVER also on a 6-0-1 series run overall.

Ducks vs Kings | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Kings -133 Favorites

Anaheim and Los Angeles renew their Southern California rivalry with a West Division matchup at Staples Center. The Ducks have won three of the past four meetings with the Kings since a three-game series skid, taking the last matchup 3-1 as a +110 road underdog on February 1, 2020. However, Anaheim has lost three games in a row overall after back-to-back losses to the Blues last weekend. Los Angeles is back briefly from a four-game road trip that saw the team go 2-2 before heading to Las Vegas for a pair against the Golden Knights.
