Toronto can earn a series win over Ottawa by closing out their surprisingly competitive three-game set with another home victory on Thursday. The Maple Leafs have closed as favorites of -320 in each of the previous two games in this series, with the teams splitting the initial pair and each winning by one goal. Toronto bounced back from a 6-5 overtime loss in the series opener by edging Ottawa 2-1 in the rematch on Wednesday for its fifth win in the past seven meetings. The UNDER is on a 5-1 run for the Maple Leafs and 7-1-1 run for the Senators overall.

Opening NHL Odds: Penguins -133 Favorites
New York brings a season-high three-game winning streak to Pittsburgh for the first of two. The Islanders are coming off a two-game sweep of the Sabres, outscoring them 6-1, with the UNDER cashing twice. The Penguins lost for the first time in three games Tuesday, falling 3-1 to the Capitals as -125 home favorites. Pittsburgh has dropped seven of the past nine meetings.

Opening NHL Odds: Bruins -263 Favorites
New Jersey goes for a season-high three-game winning streak in the finale of a five-game stretch away from home at Boston. The Devils won in their return from COVID-19 protocols on Tuesday, upsetting the Rangers 5-2 as +125 road underdogs, with the OVER cashing in their third straight game. Meanwhile, the Bruins are looking to rebound from their first loss in six games, falling 4-2 to the Islanders as -135 road favorites last Saturday. The OVER cashed for the first time in Boston’s last four as well, and the team has also lost two of three to New Jersey.

Opening NHL Odds: Flyers -167 Favorites
New York hopes to end a four-game losing streak in the opener of a three-game road trip at Philadelphia. The Rangers have totaled only four goals during their skid, with the UNDER on a 5-1 run in their last six. The Flyers won for the first time in three games on February 7 and have been off since then due to COVID-19 protocols, with the OVER going 3-1 in their last four. Philadelphia has won the past three meetings in this series though and nine of the last 10.

Opening NHL Odds: Blues -222 Favorites
San Jose opens a two-game road series against St. Louis after splitting their first two home games of the season. The Sharks defeated the Ducks 3-2 in a Pick’em matchup for their first home victory on Monday, with the UNDER cashing in their second consecutive game. The Blues completed a seven-game series with the Coyotes on Monday, falling 1-0 as -120 road favorites for their fourth loss to the same opponent going back to February 2. St. Louis won six straight meetings with San Jose before losing the last one 2-1 in a shootout as a +160 road underdog on January 20. The UNDER is also 11-6-1 in the past 18 meetings.

Opening NHL Odds: Coyotes -162 Favorites
Los Angeles kicks off a six-game road trip with the first of two games at Arizona. The Kings have won two in a row for the second time following a 4-0 rout of the Wild as +140 home underdogs Tuesday, with the UNDER cashing for the first time in five games. The Coyotes just won a grueling seven-game series with the Blues thanks to a 1-0 victory in the seventh and final game as +100 home underdogs Monday. St. Louis had won the previous two games in Arizona after losing three of the previous four at home. These teams have split the past 10 meetings, with the UNDER cashing in four straight and six of seven.

Opening NHL Odds: Wild -133 Favorites
Minnesota looks to end a two-game skid in the first of two games at Anaheim. The Wild are coming off a 4-0 loss to the Kings as -160 road favorites Tuesday, with the UNDER cashing for the second straight time since a 3-0 OVER run. The Ducks have alternated losses and wins in their last seven, with the total going UNDER in three of four and five of seven. Anaheim has lost four of the past five home meetings with Minnesota, with the last three decided by one goal.
Sabres vs Capitals | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Capitals -188 Favorites
Washington starts a five-game homestand with the first of two games versus Buffalo. The Capitals finally ended a season-high four-game losing streak with a 3-1 win over the Penguins as +105 road underdogs Tuesday. The UNDER cashed for just the fourth time in 14 games for Washington. The Sabres have lost three in a row and begin a four-game road trip here. Buffalo actually has a winning road record this year at 2-1-1 compared to a 2-5-1 mark at home.
