Washington begins a five-game road trip with the first of two games at New Jersey. The Capitals are coming off a two-game split with the Penguins after defeating them 5-2 at home in a pick’em matchup on Thursday. The Devils ended a three-game losing streak with a 4-3 overtime victory against the Sabres as -120 road favorites on Thursday. New Jersey has dropped six of the past eight meetings with Washington, with the UNDER on a 3-1 run in the last four at home.

Flames vs Senators | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Flames -175 Favorites

Calgary will try to bounce back from a disappointing loss at Ottawa on Thursday in the second of three consecutive games there. The Flames were routed 6-1 as -150 road favorites in the first meeting, which was also their second loss in a row overall and fifth in six games. Meanwhile, the Senators are riding their longest winning streak of the year at three games. The OVER is also 3-1 in Ottawa’s last four, and the team has now won two straight versus Calgary.

Blue Jackets vs Predators | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Predators -125 Favorites

Columbus hopes to break a three-game losing streak in the first of two games at Nashville. The Blue Jackets were just swept in two games by the Blackhawks following a 2-0 defeat as -135 home favorites on Thursday. The Predators have split their last six games, including a pair versus this opponent late last week. Nashville lost 3-0 at Columbus as a +105 road underdog on February 18 and then won the rematch two days later 4-2 as a +110 underdog. The Predators had won the previous three meetings before that split along with eight of 10 dating back to 2016.

Stars vs Lightning | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Lightning -175 Favorites

A rematch of the 2020 Stanley Cup Final will start Saturday with the opener of a home-and-home series between Dallas and Tampa Bay, which will host the first game. The Lightning have won their last three games overall since dropping two in a row, with the UNDER on a 3-0-1 run in their previous four. The Stars have lost seven of eight after blowing a 2-0 lead in a 3-2 loss to the Panthers as +110 road underdogs on Thursday, with the UNDER on a 3-0 run.

Maple Leafs vs Oilers | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Maple Leafs -120 Favorites

The two top teams in the North Division will clash for the first of three consecutive games in Edmonton, which brings a season-high five-game winning streak into this home matchup. The Oilers and Maple Leafs have split the first four meetings this season, with each of them winning once on their opponent’s home ice. Three of Edmonton’s wins during its current streak have come on the road, as the team has gone 6-5 at home so far this year. Toronto is 6-1-1 away from home in 2021, and the team has won five of the past six road meetings too.

Hurricanes vs Panthers | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Hurricanes -133 Favorites

Carolina will attempt to halt its longest skid of the year in the first of two games at Florida. The Hurricanes have lost three straight games – all against the defending Stanley Cup champion Lightning – since upsetting them 4-0 as +140 home underdogs in the opener of a four-game series, with the UNDER going 3-0-1 during that stretch. The Panthers also defeated them 4-3 in overtime as +115 road underdogs on February 17 in the only meeting between them so far this year. Florida has won the past two meetings with Carolina after losing the previous five.

Penguins vs Islanders | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Islanders -111 Favorites

New York hosts Pittsburgh in the first of two games after posting its biggest win of the season. The Islanders are coming off a 7-2 rout of the Bruins as +105 home underdogs Thursday for their largest margin of victory against any opponent this year. New York has won two in a row, five of seven and seven of 10 since suffering through a season-high five-game losing streak. The Penguins saw their three-game winning streak end with a 5-2 loss to the Capitals in a pick’em road matchup Thursday, but they have won the past three meetings with the Isles.

Golden Knights vs Ducks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Golden Knights -188 Favorites

Vegas returns to the ice and will go for back-to-back wins in a road matchup with Anaheim. The Golden Knights are coming off a 3-0 win over the Avalanche as +115 road underdogs on Monday. The UNDER is on a 6-0 run for Vegas. The Ducks will look to end a five-game skid but have dropped five of the past six meetings here along with 10 of the last 12. Anaheim did win the most recent meeting, pulling off a 1-0 upset as a +170 road underdog on February 11.
