Flyers vs Penguins | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Flyers -111 Favorites

Despite playing without Sidney Crosby (COVID-19 list), Pittsburgh beat Philadelphia 5-2 as a +105 home underdog on Tuesday and will go for its second straight victory in the series here. The Penguins had dropped the first two meetings with the Flyers on the road to open the season, and this will be the second of three consecutive home games in the series. The OVER is 3-1 in Pittsburgh’s last four games overall and 3-0 in the first three meetings with Philadelphia.

Rangers vs Devils | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Pick’em -110 Odds

New York opens a six-game road trip with the first of two at New Jersey. The Rangers are coming off a 3-2 win over the Sabres as -150 home favorites on Tuesday, their fourth victory in their last six games, with the UNDER going 4-2 during that stretch. The Devils have gone the other direction, losing three in a row and six of seven, with the UNDER on a 5-3 run in their last eight. But New Jersey has won the past three meetings with New York, including two this year.

Jets vs Canadiens | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Canadiens -150 Favorites

Montreal ended a season-high five-game skid Tuesday against Ottawa and will try to win consecutive games for the first time since February 2 in the first of two home games versus Winnipeg. The Canadiens topped the Senators 3-1 as -250 home favorites after losing the previous two meetings, as interim head coach Dominique Ducharme picked up his first victory. The Jets swept them in two games at home last week before splitting a pair with the Canucks.

Panthers vs Predators | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Pick’em -110 Odds

Florida will look to halt a season-high two-game slide in the first of two at Nashville. The Panthers had not lost consecutive games this year before falling to the Hurricanes twice, with both of them going into extra time. The UNDER is also on a 5-1 run in Florida’s last six games. The Predators are coming off a loss to the same opponent as well, stopping a two-game winning streak. Nashville dropped a 4-2 decision to Carolina as a +105 home underdog on Tuesday.

Lightning vs Blackhawks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Lightning -200 Favorites

Tampa Bay brings a five-game winning streak to Chicago for the first of three straight at the United Center. The defending Stanley Cup champion Lightning have been outstanding during that stretch, outscoring their opponents 17-3, with goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy recording three shutouts. The UNDER is 5-0-1 in Tampa Bay’s last six games. The Blackhawks have won three of four, six of eight and nine of 12 to stay in contention for a playoff spot, although they have lost 10 of the past 11 meetings in this series. The OVER is 4-1 in Chicago’s previous five overall.

Blue Jackets vs Stars | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Stars -162 Favorites

Dallas hopes to bust out of its current slump and earn only its second win in 11 games in the first of two against Columbus. The Stars were just blanked 7-0 in getting swept in two games by the Lightning, and they have also lost three in a row and nine of 10, with the UNDER on a 5-0 run. The Blue Jackets were in a similar boat until ending a season-high five-game losing streak on Monday with a 4-1 victory against the Red Wings as -170 home favorites. The UNDER is also on a 4-0 run for Columbus, which has won nine of the past 10 meetings with Dallas.

Senators vs Flames | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Flames -200 Favorites

Calgary will go for a split of the first four meetings with Ottawa back home after dropping two of the last three on the road. The Flames are coming off a 5-1 loss to the Senators as -155 road favorites Monday, as the total ended up pushing following consecutive OVERs in the first two meetings. Calgary has just two wins in their last eight games while Ottawa has won four of six. The Senators fell to the Canadiens 3-1 as +210 road underdogs on Tuesday though to open a six-game road trip, with the UNDER cashing for the first time in their last five games.

Sabres vs Islanders | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Islanders -182 Favorites

Buffalo will try to stop a four-game skid in the first of three consecutive meetings with New York. The Sabres started a five-game road trip with a 3-2 loss to the Rangers as +130 underdogs on Tuesday, with the UNDER cashing in their third straight. They will now visit an Islanders team that has won two in a row and four of five following a 2-1 victory against the Devils as -160 home favorites Tuesday, with the UNDER on a 2-0 run. New York has also won the past six meetings in this series, including three this season, with the UNDER going 4-0-1 in the last five.
