Golden Knights vs Wild | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Golden Knights -125 Favorites

Vegas brings a season-high six-game winning streak into Minnesota, which lost two meetings at T-Mobile Arena last week. The Golden Knights are coming off a two-game sweep of the Sharks to open a season-long six-game road trip, but they have not enjoyed much success at Saint Paul. The Wild have won three of the four all-time meetings there, with those wins all decided by two goals or more. After Minnesota dropped two in a row at Vegas, the team split a pair at Arizona this past weekend, with the OVER cashing twice to extend to a 5-0 run overall.

Senators vs Oilers | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Oilers -250 Favorites

Edmonton opens a three-game home series with Ottawa here and hopes to stay perfect in the series this year. The Oilers are 4-0 against the Senators so far in 2021, with the UNDER going 3-0 in the past three meetings. Ottawa has not been very competitive in the series this season either, getting outscored 18-10, with three of the four losses decided by two goals or more. Edmonton snapped a three-game skid with a 3-2 win over Calgary as a -125 home favorite on Saturday, as the UNDER also cashed for the fourth time in the team’s last five games overall.

Coyotes vs Avalanche | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Avalanche -200 Favorites

Arizona starts a seven-game road trip with the first of two at Colorado. Surprisingly, that is not the longest trek for the Coyotes this year, as they will embark on a nine-game trip starting on March 31 against the Avalanche as well. Arizona just split two games as a home underdog each time versus Minnesota, with the OVER cashing in both. Colorado did the same against Anaheim in back-to-back games on Friday and Saturday but closed as a heavy -220 home favorite in each. The Avalanche also swept the Coyotes in a two-game road series to close out February.

Canadiens vs Canucks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Canadiens -135 Favorites

Montreal begins a six-game road trip at Vancouver, looking to win consecutive games for the first time since February 2. In fact, the last two-game winning streak for the Canadiens also came against the Canucks, who lost a two-game road series by a combined score of 11-5 on February 1 and 2, with the OVER cashing both times. Vancouver is playing well right now though, sweeping Toronto in two home games and also winning three of four overall. The Canucks won both versus the Maple Leafs by two goals apiece, with the UNDER going 2-0.

Kings vs Ducks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Kings -110 Favorites

Los Angeles kicks off a four-game road trip in Anaheim, trying to string together consecutive wins for the first time since February 24. The Kings halted a four-game skid with a 4-3 overtime victory against the Blues as +130 home underdogs on Saturday. However, the Ducks stopped an even longer losing streak on Saturday, upsetting the Avalanche 5-4 in OT as +180 road dogs for their first victory in 10 games. Anaheim has also won four of the past five meetings in this series between the Southern California rivals, with the UNDER on a 3-0 run in the last three.

Blues vs Sharks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Blues -149 Favorites

St. Louis will try to bounce back from its first loss in five games at San Jose. The Blues fell to the Kings 4-3 in OT as -150 road favorites on Saturday to split a two-game series with them following a sweep of the Ducks in a pair. Before that, St. Louis opened its six-game road trip with a 7-6 win at San Jose as a -170 favorite after splitting the first four meetings this season. The Sharks were just swept at home by the Golden Knights in two games, getting outscored 9-4, and they have also dropped three in a row and five of six since last beating the Blues.
