Rangers vs Capitals | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Capitals -135 Favorites
Washington hopes to stay hot in the opener of a home-and-home series with New York. The Capitals have won two in a row and nine of 10, with the UNDER on a 4-1 run in their last five. Meanwhile, the Rangers are coming off a 2-1 loss to the Flyers as -130 road favorites on Saturday, ending their three-game winning streak. New York has won three of the first four meetings with Washington so far this season, with the UNDER going 4-0 in those games.
Blue Jackets vs Red Wings | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Blue Jackets -152 Favorites
Columbus will try to end a three-game losing streak in the finale of a two-game set at Detroit. The Blue Jackets fell 3-1 to the Red Wings as -180 road favorites on Saturday, with the UNDER continuing on a 5-1 run. Detroit ended a three-game skid with the victory and will look to win consecutive games for just the third time this year. The UNDER is 4-1 in the last five games for Detroit as well. These teams have split the past four meetings, with the UNDER going 4-0.
Ducks vs Blues | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Blues -250 Favorites
Anaheim will attempt to win consecutive times for the first time since March 8 and only the third time this season in the finale of a two-game set at St. Louis. The Ducks upset the Blues 4-1 on Friday as +170 road underdogs, with the UNDER cashing in their third straight game. St. Louis had won the previous four meetings this year, but the team has lost three in a row overall now along with eight of 10, with the UNDER on a 2-0 run and also cashing in four of its last six.
Devils vs Bruins | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Bruins -219 Favorites
Boston looks to build off a win over Buffalo on Saturday in the third game of a season-high seven-game homestand versus New Jersey. The Bruins beat the Sabres 3-2, handing them their 17th consecutive loss while seeing the UNDER improve to 10-1-1 in their last 12 games. The Devils were just swept in two games by the Capitals by a combined score of 8-3 after winning four of their previous five. The UNDER is 7-2 in New Jersey’s last nine games as well.
Panthers vs Stars | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Stars -110 Favorites
Florida will go for a two-game sweep of Dallas in the finale of a two-game set. The Panthers edged the Stars 4-3 in overtime as +110 road underdogs on Saturday, with the OVER cashing for the first time in their last three games. But Florida has lost three in a row when playing the second game of a back-to-back situation. However, Dallas has not fared much better under that scenario, dropping four of five and seven of nine in the second game of a back-to-back.
Predators vs Blackhawks | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Blackhawks -120 Favorites
Chicago will continue a six-game homestand with the second of two against Nashville. The Blackhawks fell 3-1 to the Predators as -120 home favorites on Saturday, with the UNDER on a 4-0 run. Chicago had won its previous two following a four-game skid. Nashville rides a season-high four-game winning streak into this one and has also won six of its last seven. The UNDER is also 5-2 in the last seven games for the Predators, cashing in two of their past three.
