Washington will go for its fourth straight victory and second in a row against New York in the finale of a two-game set. The Capitals are coming off a 5-4 win over the Rangers as -150 home favorites on Sunday, building an early 4-0 lead and then holding on after their opponent scored twice in the final eight minutes to make it close. Washington has also won 10 of 11 while New York has lost its last two, with the OVER on a 3-1 run. The UNDER is on a 4-1 series run though.

Opening NHL Odds: Bruins -225 Favorites
Boston will try to rebound from a 1-0 loss to New Jersey on Sunday in the rematch on Tuesday. The Bruins have dropped two of three since coming back from their hiatus as a result of COVID-19 protocols, with the UNDER on a 2-0 run. They failed to come through as -170 favorites against the Devils and continue a season-high seven-game homestand. New Jersey has won five of its last eight since losing four straight and nine of 10, with the UNDER on an 8-2 run.

Opening NHL Odds: Panthers -275 Favorites
Detroit looks to win three consecutive games for the first time this season in the first of two at Florida. The Red Wings are coming off a two-game sweep of the Blue Jackets by a combined score of 7-2, with the UNDER cashing both times. Detroit has won two in a row twice previously this year but has been unable to string together three straight. The Panthers have also won their last two, outscoring the Stars 8-4 in a sweep. The UNDER is 5-2 in Florida’s past seven.

Opening NHL Odds: Lightning -208 Favorites
Tampa Bay hopes to avoid a season-high three-game losing streak in the opener of a two-game series versus Columbus. The Lightning have posted consecutive 4-3 losses to the Stars and Hurricanes, with the OVER cashing each time. Tampa Bay has lost two straight twice previously and was able to bounce back with a victory on both occasions. The Blue Jackets are riding a four-game skid after losing two in a row to the Red Wings, with the UNDER on a 6-1 run.

Opening NHL Odds: Canadiens -130 Favorites
Montreal and Edmonton are back at it after their three-game series at the Bell Centre was postponed last week due to COVID-19 protocols affecting the home team. The Oilers have won four of their last five games following a 3-2 overtime victory against the Maple Leafs as +120 road underdogs on Monday. The Canadiens had dropped four of five before earning a 5-4 win over the Canucks as -190 home favorites on March 20, which is the last game they played.

Opening NHL Odds: Hurricanes -182 Favorites
Carolina brings a three-game winning streak to Chicago for the opener of a two-game set. The Hurricanes have won two of the first three meetings with the Blackhawks, and they edged the Lightning 4-3 as +115 home underdogs in their last game on Saturday. Chicago was just swept in two games against Nashville by a combined score of 6-3, with the UNDER on a 5-0-1 run.
Stars vs Predators | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Stars -125 Favorites
Dallas opens a six-game road trip with the first of two at Nashville. The Stars closed out a five-game homestand with only one victory and opened it with a 4-3 loss to the Predators as -190 favorites on March 21. Nashville is playing its best hockey of the year and started its season-high five-game winning streak at Dallas. The Predators have won the past two meetings with the Stars after losing the first two, with the OVER also cashing in the last two between them.
