Oilers vs Senators | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Oilers -180 Favorites
Edmonton continues a four-game road trip with the first of two at Ottawa. The Oilers started their trip with a 3-2 overtime loss to the Canadiens as +110 underdogs Monday, with the UNDER cashing in their fourth straight game. Fortunately for Edmonton, the team has won all seven meetings in this series, with five decided by two goals or more. The Senators lost two of those at home, with the UNDER going 2-0, compared to five on the road. Ottawa has been much better at the Canadian Tire Centre, going 8-7-4 there opposed to 5-15 away from home.
Canadiens vs Maple Leafs | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Maple Leafs -145 Favorites
Toronto will attempt to put together its longest winning streak of the year yet again at Montreal. The Maple Leafs have won four games in a row on three different occasions already in 2021 but have been unable to earn a fifth consecutive victory. The Canadiens stopped them from accomplishing that feat on February 13 with a 2-1 upset win as a +120 road underdog to break up a string of seven losses. Montreal has won four of five overall following that 3-2 win over Edmonton on Monday, with the UNDER continuing on a 3-1 run. Despite that loss, Toronto has won three of the four meetings, including the two on the road.
Golden Knights vs Blues | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Golden Knights -145 Favorites
Vegas ended its longest skid of the season while extending the season-high losing streak for St. Louis in a 6-1 rout on Monday. The Golden Knights scored four goals in the second period to cash easily as -150 road favorites while the Blues fell for the seventh straight time. St. Louis is just 4-9-4 at home this season and also saw the OVER cash for the first time in the team’s last six games. Vegas has won the past four meetings this year since losing the first.
Avalanche vs Wild | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Avalanche -175 Favorites
Colorado will go for a two-game road sweep of Minnesota before heading to Anaheim to complete a four-game trip. The Avalanche edged the Wild 5-4 as -180 favorites on Monday for their fifth victory in a row and stayed four points ahead of the Golden Knights for the lead in the West Division. Minnesota saw its 11-game home winning streak end and has now lost the past three with Colorado. The OVER has cashed in the last four games between the teams.
Coyotes vs Kings | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Kings -119 Favorites
Arizona hopes to win its fourth consecutive game in the finale of a two-game road series at Los Angeles. The Coyotes topped the Kings 5-2 as +110 underdogs in the opener on Monday, with the OVER cashing for the third time in their last four games. Arizona has also won six of its past seven games to move into the fourth playoff spot in the West. Los Angeles has dropped into seventh place after losing three games in a row and six of its previous seven.
