Flyers vs Canadiens | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Flyers -135 Favorites

The Flyers rebounded from a shutout loss in Game 2 by blanking the Canadiens 1-0 in Game 3, setting up a critical Game 4 in this low-scoring, first-round playoff series. Philadelphia cashed as a -135 favorite on Sunday behind goaltender Carter Hart’s 23 saves and the lone goal of the game from Jakub Voracek in the first period. Montreal goalie Carey Price stopped 19 of 20 shots he faced and still gave his team a shot to win, something he hopes to do again here. The UNDER is 2-0-1 in the series and 8-0-1 in the last nine for the Flyers dating back to the regular season.

Flames vs Stars | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Stars -125 Favorites

Who knows what will happen next in this series between the Flames and Stars, as the teams are tied 2-2 going into a pivotal Game 5. Dallas rallied from a 4-3 deficit late in the third period of Game 4 to tie things up on Joe Pavelski’s third goal of the game with 12 seconds remaining in regulation, then Alexander Radulov scored the game-winner at the 16:05 mark in overtime for a 5-4 victory. While Calgary seemingly prefers to play higher-scoring affairs, the team has lost both times the OVER cashed (nine goals each time) and allowed only two goals combined in its two wins.

Capitals vs Islanders | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Pick’em -105 Odds

The Capitals will look to avoid getting swept by the Islanders in Game 4 of their series. New York will also try to become the first team to advance to the second round after the Vegas Golden Knights failed in their attempt to dispatch of the Chicago Blackhawks on Sunday. Washington has not been swept in a playoff series since 2011 when the Tampa Bay Lightning knocked the team out 4-0 in the second round. The Islanders are 6-1 this postseason, with the OVER at 4-1-1 in those games, averaging 3.67 goals in their wins and 3.43 overall.

Blackhawks vs Golden Knights | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Golden Knights -217 Favorites

The Golden Knights will try again to eliminate the Blackhawks after a tough 3-1 loss in Game 4 on Sunday as a -200 favorite to cut their series lead to 3-1. Vegas outshot Chicago 49-25, but Corey Crawford was brilliant between the pipes for the winning team with 48 saves. The Golden Knights suffered their first loss of these playoffs after eight consecutive wins going back to the regular season while goalie Robin Lehner also had his first setback in eight starts since joining them at the end of February. It would not be surprising to see Marc-Andre Fleury back in net for Vegas after he picked up the win in a 2-1 victory in his lone start of the series in Game 3.
