Daily PointsBet Picks – June 6, 2022

On Sunday afternoon, the Lightning picked up a huge win in Tampa Bay and avoided going down 3-0 in their series against the Rangers. Tonight, the Edmonton Oilers will be looking to avoid elimination in game four of their series against the Colorado Avalanche.

The Avs have not only won every game in this series but they’ve covered the puck line each time. That’s why I’m a little surprised that this line is set to where it is. The Avalanche are -136 favourites over at Poinstbet Canada and they’re a pretty juicy +175 to cover the puck line once again. Honestly, both of those feel like pretty good spots tonight.

Yes, the Avalanche will be without Nazem Kadri but the Oilers will also be missing Evander Kane and Kailer Yamamoto.

One Oiler who we know will not go down without a fight is Connor McDavid. The Oilers Captain opened the scoring in game three and tonight, he’s +105 to find the back of the net. That’s another spot I like today as I outlined on The Daily Faceoff Show.

I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw Nathan MacKinnon have a big game as well. He’s already got two goals in this series and he’s +115 to get a goal tonight.

One final prop that I find interesting tonight is Mike Smith over 32.5 saves. He’s been getting peppered in this series and has easily hit this mark in back-to-back games.
