DailyFaceoff/Corsica NHL Bets (October 25th)

The Corsica Hockey Bet Predictions went 2-0 on the Highest Value and Highest Probability bets on Monday, moving this post to 13-4 (76.4%) on the season. The Maple Leafs and Jets combined for six goals last night, narrowly hitting the under of 6.5 goals. That was the highest value bet of the night, according to Corsica, while the Panthers beating a +1.5 spread was the highest probability. Florida edged the Islanders 3-2 in overtime, easily beating the spread.

There are plenty of spots to play tonight with 20 teams in action. The Corsica Hockey Bet Predictions has generated it’s top two bets of the night; the highest value bet and the bet with the highest probability.

Highest Value

Vancouver Canucks @ Arizona Coyotes — Moneyline | VAN (+183)

According to Corsica, the best value on tonight’s slate is the Canucks to win at +183. Brock Boeser (groin) is expected to be back in the lineup for Vancouver tonight after sitting out last night. He will be reunited with Bo Horvat on the team’s top line, but they are expected be without forward Sven Baertschi tonight.

Vancouver comes into tonight’s game with a 6-4 record on the season and gets the added benefit of dodging Arizona starter Antti Raanta (illness). The Coyotes have a 3-5 record on the season and are scoring a league-worst 1.75 goals per game. Even with a depleted lineup, the Canucks are the favourite to win this game and are getting tremendous value at +183.

Highest Probability

Nashville Predators @ New Jersey Devils — Spread | NJD +1.5 (-268)

The highest probability of hitting on tonight’s slate is the Devils covering a +1.5-goal spread. New Jersey is 4-2 on the season and their 3.67 goals per game are the third-most in the league. While the Predators remain a powerhouse at even strength, they’ve struggled tremendously on special teams so far this season. They have the second-worst powerplay in the league, converting on just 9.7% of their chances. Their penalty kill hasn’t been much better, ranking ninth-last at 73.1%. The Devils, by comparison, have been dynamite on special teams (28.6 PP%, 88.0 PK%). Nashville will have an edge at 5v5 but the lopsided matchup on special teams should help New Jersey keep this one close.
