Scott Wedgewood (DAL) – vs. NSH (44% Owned)
Wedgewood is the likely starter for the Stars on the front end of a back-to-back Friday, but be weary as Jake Oettinger (lower-body) is nearing a return to the lineup from a one-month absence and could tend the twine as early as tonight. If Wedgewood does indeed play tonight, feel confident streaming him after a solid performance in his last outing, saving 21 of 23 shots (.913 SV%) in a dominating 7-2 win over the Minnesota Wild. Wedgewood fared poorly against the Nashville Predators on January 6th, allowing four goals on 22 shots (.818 SV%), but has a 61.4 implied win percentage against them tonight.
Marc-Andre Fleury (MIN) – vs. PHI (64 % Owned)
Fleury is owned in nearly two-thirds of leagues but makes for a solid streaming option on Friday night if he is available. Since Filip Gustavsson’s injury, Fleury and the Wild have struggled immensely, but it’s not all on the veteran netminder. Despite recording just one win in seven games since Fleury took over, Minnesota has been limited to only 12 total goals, not a recipe for success given Fleury’s pedestrian .892 SV% in that span. That said, Fleury’s 50.0 implied win percentage fares well against a Philadelphia Flyers club that has lost five of their last seven games (2-3-2).
