Trying to decide which goalies to start is a dilemma that Fantasy Hockey owners face daily.
We here at DailyFaceoff try to make being a Fantasy Owner as easy as possible. Each day, we will rank the day’s starting goalies based on their Projected Win%, Goals Against Average, and SV%. Win percentage and expected goals against are generated from Sportsbooks Odds and Implied Totals.
In addition to the Starting Goalies Rankings table, we will have a write-up about the best streaming options for that day (if any).

Dustin Tokarski (vs. WPG) – 5% Rostered
Tokarski is a tough goalie to judge because his AHL numbers are outstanding but it has never really translated to the NHL level. However, you could argue that he played on some bad Sabres teams in recent years and that dragged his numbers down, and you’d probably be right. In his Penguins debut, he stopped 18 of 19 shots in relief and backstopping them to a come-from-behind win. Tonight he faces a Jets team that is clicking right now, but they played last night, and an illness has been ripping through their dressing room. Ideally, you’d like to start Mackenzie Blackwood (13% rostered) against the Ducks tonight, but there has been no news on the Devils’ starter, and you’ll have to make the call early, with Tokarski starting at 7 PM and the Devils going at 10 PM ET.
