Fantasy Hockey: Daily Goalie Rankings – 02/15/23

Welcome to our Goalie Rankings brought to you by NHL Lines site Betway!
Trying to decide which goalies to start is a dilemma that Fantasy Hockey owners face daily.
We here at DailyFaceoff try to make being a Fantasy Owner as easy as possible. Each day, we will rank the day’s starting goalies based on their Projected Win%, Goals Against Average, and SV%. Win percentage and expected goals against are generated from Sportsbooks Odds and Implied Totals.
In addition to the Starting Goalies Rankings table, we will have a write-up about the best streaming options for that day (if any).
Keep an eye on our Starting Goalies page to ensure the goals listed below are CONFIRMED to start.

GOALIE RANKINGS PRESENTED BY BETWAY

Streaming Targets 🎯
Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen (BUF @ ANA) – 32% Rostered
Luukkonen has been extremely inconsistent this season and has struggled in his last two outings, allowing a combined 11 goals 73 shots (.849 SV%). Overall, he’s 13-7-2 with a. 3.43 GAA and .896 SV%, so he’s been difficult to trust as a No.3 fantasy starter. As a result, he finds himself on the waiver wire in 68 percent of leagues on Wednesday. He has the fourth-highest implied win% (67.6%) and fourth-lowest implied goals against (2.70) on tonight’s six-game slate. The Ducks will still be without Troy Terry and rank 27th in xGF/60 (2.76) and GF/60 (2.53) in their last 25 games. Luukkonen isn’t a home run of a streamer, so wait to make sure he’s confirmed to start before potentially wasting a pickup on him.
Brian Elliott (TBL @ ARI) – 12% Rostered
Elliott has been heavily featured in these posts this season, eight times in fact. In those games, he’s gone 6-1-1 with a 3.44 GAA and .896 SV%. That’s exactly what you can expect again tonight. He’s likely to get you the win this evening, but he’s almost certainly going to give up two-plus goals and potentially do damage to your splits. But, as always, he’s got the second-highest implied win% (70.6%) on the night, so he’s a safe bet to get you a W if you’re in need.
