Lukas Dostal (ANA vs. CHI) – 2% Rostered
Dostal has spent most of the season in the AHL, where he’s posted a 2.97 GAA and .912 SV% despite going 11-21-0 on the league’s worst team. During his time in the NHL, the 22-year-old is 2-5-1 with a 4.23 GAA and .895 SV%. Spot-starting a Ducks goalie is always a risky play, but tonight’s matchup is as good as it gets. The Blackhawks are the league’s second-lowest scoring team in the NHL and will sit out Patrick Kane again, and have recently traded Jake McCabe, Sam Lafferty, and Jack Johnson. Dostal has the fourth-highest implied win% (55.0%) and tied for the second-lowest implied goals against (2.90) on the slate, so Dostal is the best spot-start option on the slate.
