Carey Price (MTL) – vs. NYI (62% Owned)

Price will make his long-awaited season debut after underdoing off-season knee surgery and taking personal leave to start the season. His last NHL action came on July 7, 2021, where he saved 29 of 30 shots in a game where the Tampa Bay Lightning defeated the Montreal Canadiens 1-0 to be awarded the Stanley Cup. Price had a tremendous playoff run last year, posting a 13-9-0 record with a .924 SV% and one shutout. It’s hard to know what to expect from Price tonight as he will be manning the crease for the first time in over nine months. Working to his advantage, he will be facing the New York Islanders, who have lost three of their last five games (2-3-0) and have been held to two goals or fewer in three of those games.
