Trying to decide which goalies to start is a dilemma that Fantasy Hockey owners face daily. 

We here at DailyFaceoff try to make being a Fantasy Owner as easy as possible. Each day, we will rank the day’s starting goalies based on their Projected Win%, Goals Against Average, and SV%. Win percentage and expected goals against are generated from Sportsbooks Odds and Implied Totals. 

In addition to the Starting Goalies Rankings table, we will have a write-up about the best streaming options for that day (if any).

Streaming Targets 🎯

Stuart Skinner (EDM @ WSH) – 47% Rostered

We don’t recommend digging deep for a streaming option to start the week but if you do happen to play in one of the 53 percent of leagues where Skinner is available, you should grab him immediately and be prepared to give him a permanent roster spot going forward. Skinner currently ranks third in the NHL in save percentage with a .944 SV% and sixth with a 2.11 GAA while playing for Edmonton who ranks third in the NHL in goals per game with 3.83. Pair those together and Skinner is going to win the majority of his starts if he continues to play at his current elite level. Additionally, Jack Campbell has played horribly, so Skinner’s usage could continue to increase. On Monday, he faces off against Washington, who are extremely banged up and currently on a four-game slide.
