Trying to decide which goalies to start is a dilemma that Fantasy Hockey owners face daily.
We here at DailyFaceoff try to make being a Fantasy Owner as easy as possible. Each day, we will rank the day’s starting goalies based on their Projected Win%, Goals Against Average, and SV%. Win percentage and expected goals against are generated from Sportsbooks Odds and Implied Totals.
In addition to the Starting Goalies Rankings table, we will have a write-up about the best streaming options for that day (if any).

Pyotr Kochetkov (CAR @ CHI) – 8% Rostered
With Frederik Andersen out, Kochetkov is splitting time with Antti Raanta in the Hurricanes crease and was rock solid in his season debut last Thursday. Kochetkov stopped 20 of 22 shots in the Hurricanes win over the Oilers and draws a much easier matchup tonight in Chicago. The Blackhawks have the third-lowest xGF/60 (2.44), while the Hurricanes are top-5 in xGA/60 (2.68), so this is a lopsided matchup for Kochetkov.
