Trying to decide which goalies to start is a dilemma that Fantasy Hockey owners face daily. 

We here at DailyFaceoff try to make being a Fantasy Owner as easy as possible. Each day, we will rank the day’s starting goalies based on their Projected Win%, Goals Against Average, and SV%. Win percentage and expected goals against are generated from Sportsbooks Odds and Implied Totals. 

In addition to the Starting Goalies Rankings table, we will have a write-up about the best streaming options for that day (if any).

Brian Elliott (TBL @ BUF) – 9% Rostered

Elliott is riding a four-game winning streak, posting a 2.96 GAA and .893 SV%. One of those wins came against the Sabres, who he’ll face again tonight. He stopped 21 of 24 shots in a 5-3 win on November 5th. Elliott has absolutely dominated Buffalo throughout his career, going 19-4-2 with a 1.90 GAA, .935 SV% and five shutouts in 26 career games against them. He has more wins vs. Buffalo than any other team. In addition to his great history vs. the Sabres, the Lightning have an implied Win% of 58.5 and the Sabres are tied for the fourth-lowest Implied Total (3.0) on the slate. This makes Elliott the top streaming option to start the week.
