Trying to decide which goalies to start is a dilemma that Fantasy Hockey owners face daily. 

We here at DailyFaceoff try to make being a Fantasy Owner as easy as possible. Each day, we will rank the day’s starting goalies based on their Projected Win%, Goals Against Average, and SV%. Win percentage and expected goals against are generated from Sportsbooks Odds and Implied Totals. 

In addition to the Starting Goalies Rankings table, we will have a write-up about the best streaming options for that day (if any).

Streaming Targets 🎯

Truth be told, there isn’t a goalie on tonight’s six-game slate that is worth spot-starting to open the week. The three low-owned options all rank as the three worst options of the night, and you’d be running the risk of starting your week off with poor goalie stats. If you’re in a points-based league where a bad game doesn’t hurt as much, Thomas Greiss (STL – 5%) ranks as the best of the bad options.
