On the front end of a back-to-back on Tuesday, the Jets will opt to start Brossoit, who was excellent in his last start just over a week ago, saving 42 of 43 shots (.977 SV%) in a 2-1 victory over the Carolina Hurricanes. Brossoit has had an up-and-down season, averaging a 2.65 GAA and .903 SV% through six games (3-2-1), but will have a favourable matchup as the Jets are -200 road favourites against the San Jose Sharks. Brossoit ranks second among all goalie projections on Tuesday with a 66.7 implied win percentage, but the Sharks have been offensively potent lately, scoring five or more goals in four straight games (2-1-1).
