Trying to decide which goalies to start is a dilemma that Fantasy Hockey owners face daily. 

We here at DailyFaceoff try to make being a Fantasy Owner as easy as possible. Each day, we will rank the day’s starting goalies based on their Projected Win%, Goals Against Average, and SV%. Win percentage and expected goals against are generated from Sportsbooks Odds and Implied Totals. 

In addition to the Starting Goalies Rankings table, we will have a write-up about the best streaming options for that day (if any).

Brian Elliott (TBL vs. CBJ) – 9% Rostered

Elliott has been a solid spot-start option this season, winning six of his seven starts while posting a 3.39 GAA and .895 SV%. His splits aren’t impressive, but the Lightning have averaged 4.6 goals per game in front of him. He should be a great option again tonight, as the Blue Jackets have the ninth-lowest xGF/60 and eighth-highest xGA/60 this season. Expect the Lightning offence to keep rolling in front of him and earn Elliott his seventh consecutive victory.
