Fantasy Hockey: Daily Goalie Rankings – 12/16/22

Welcome to our Goalie Rankings brought to you by NHL Lines site Betway!

Trying to decide which goalies to start is a dilemma that Fantasy Hockey owners face daily.

We here at DailyFaceoff try to make being a Fantasy Owner as easy as possible. Each day, we will rank the day’s starting goalies based on their Projected Win%, Goals Against Average, and SV%. Win percentage and expected goals against are generated from Sportsbooks Odds and Implied Totals.

In addition to the Starting Goalies Rankings table, we will have a write-up about the best streaming options for that day (if any).

Keep an eye on our Starting Goalies page to ensure the goals listed below are CONFIRMED to start.

Streaming Targets 🎯

Karel Vejmelka (ARI vs. NYI) – 52% Rostered

Vejmelka has gone 3-3-2 with a .918 SV% and one shutout in his last eight games. On the season, he has yet to lose in regulation on home ice, going 3-0-1 with a .921 SV% in five games. Vejmelka will undoubtedly give up some goals, but he’s a great points league option, given how many shots he will face. Of the lower-owned options, Vejmelka has the highest implied Win% (38.5%) and lowest implied goals against (3.2). Thomas Greiss and Petr Mrazek are available for desperate owners, but both have implied Win% below 35 percent and implied goals against above 3.5, making them low-upside streaming options.
