Trying to decide which goalies to start is a dilemma that Fantasy Hockey owners face daily.
We here at DailyFaceoff try to make being a Fantasy Owner as easy as possible. Each day, we will rank the day’s starting goalies based on their Projected Win%, Goals Against Average, and SV%. Win percentage and expected goals against are generated from Sportsbooks Odds and Implied Totals.
In addition to the Starting Goalies Rankings table, we will have a write-up about the best streaming options for that day (if any).

Adin Hill (VGK vs. BUF) – 20% Rostered
Hill has started 33 percent of the Golden Knights’ games this season, and he’s been really reliable when he’s between the pipes. Coming into Monday’s start, Hill is 8-2-1 with .907 SV% on the season and is on a three-game winning streak, posting a .920 SV% in the process. He’ll face a Sabres team that is the highest-scoring team in the league right now, averaging 3.95 goals for per game, but they are 11th in xGF/60, so they’ve been a little fortunate–they have the highest SH% (12.2) in the NHL. The sportsbooks don’t believe this is as tough as a matchup as it looks like on paper. Hill has a 60.3 implied win%, and the fifth-lowest implied goals against on the eight-game slate.
