Each NHL team’s finalists for the 2026 Bill Masterton Memorial Trophy has been unveiled.

The award is put together by members of the Professional Hockey Writers Association. Individual chapter chairs in every market nominate one team representative, with every PHWA voter selecting their three picks to win the award.

The Masteron is handed out to the player “who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to the game.”

Sean Monahan of the Columbus Blue Jackets won the award in 2025, while Connor Ingram is looking to become a two-time member after taking it back in 2024.
