Lightning take 3-0 series lead in Stanley Cup Final

The Tampa Bay Lightning are one win away from winning back-to-back Stanley Cups.
The Lightning went into Montreal on Friday night and pounded the Canadiens, picking up a 6-3 win and took a 3-0 stranglehold on the series.
@Jan Rutta and @Victor Hedman both scored to give the Lightning a 2-0 lead a few minutes into the game. @Phillip Danault buried a goal midway through the first to bring the Habs to within one, but Tampa ran away with a pair of goals in the both second and third periods.
Despite the massive challenge of coming back, Habs head coach Dominique Ducharme said his team is taking things one game at a time…
“We can’t look too far,” said Ducharme. “You look at the mountain and it looks pretty high, but there are steps to pass. The first step is to win our next home game.
“Those who say we’re just going to let this go, it’s not knowing us well. We’re going to fight.”
Only one team has ever come back from a 3-0 series deficit in the Stanley Cup Final to win — the 1942 Toronto Maple Leafs.
