The NHL has announced the Vezina Trophy finalists for the 2021 season.

Vasilevskiy won the Vezina back in 2018-19 when he posted a .925 save percentage over the course of 53 games. This season, Vasilevskiy posted a matching .925 save percentage over the course of 42 games.
Fleury, a 17-year veteran in the league, has been a member of three Stanley Cup-winning teams but has never won the Vezina. Fleury’s .928 save percentage was the best of his career, narrowly edging out the 2017-18 season when he posted a .927 save percentage in the Golden Knights’ inaugural season.
Finally, there’s Grubauer, who helped backstop the Avs to the league’s best record. Grubauer posted a .922 save percentage over 40 games and led the NHL with seven shutouts. He’s never received a Vezina vote in his career.
