Nashville Predators’ forward Mark Jankowski and Anaheim Ducks’ defenseman Robert Hagg were among the dozen players placed on waivers by NHL teams on Wednesday.

Jankowski, 29, has played 322 career NHL games, scoring 49 goals and 43 assists for 92 points. He was drafted 21st overall by the Calgary Flames in the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. After spending four years at Providence College, he joined the Flames and scored a career-high 17 goals as a rookie during the 2017-18 season.

In 2022-23, Jankowski played 50 games with the Predators, collecting seven goals and five assists for 12 points. Last March, he signed a one-year contract extension with Nashville worth $775,000.

Hagg, 28, has 16 goals and 47 assists for 63 points in 338 career games in the NHL. The left-handed defenseman was drafted in the second round by the Philadelphia Flyers in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft. He scored a career-high five goals and 20 points for the Flyers during the 2018-19 season.

Hagg dressed in 38 games for the Detroit Red Wings in 2022-23, then signed a one-year deal with the Ducks this past offseason.
