The Minnesota Wild signed veterans Nick Foligno and Zach Bogosian to one-year contracts on Wednesday, according to The Athletic’s Michael Russo.

Foligno will make $900,000, while Bogosian will earn a base salary of $1.25 million, with the potential of a $100,000 bonus if he reaches 60 games, Russo added.

Foligno, 38, joined the Wild after he was acquired from the Chicago Blackhawks at the NHL Trade Deadline last spring. In 54 games between Minnesota and Chicago, he scored four goals and added 11 assists for 15 points. He also had two goals and one assist for three points in 11 playoff games.

Across 19 NHL seasons, Foligno, a native of Buffalo, N.Y., has 251 goals and 361 assists for 612 points and 1,024 penalty minutes in 1,287 regular-season games with the Wild, Blackhawks, Boston Bruins, Toronto Maple Leafs, Columbus Blue Jackets and Ottawa Senators.

As for Bogosian, 35, he had two goals and four assists for six points, averaging 14:33 of ice time in 41 regular-season games. He also appeared in nine playoff games this spring, averaging 12:45.

In 18 NHL seasons, he has 66 goals and 183 assists for 249 points in 970 regular-season games with the Wild, Tampa Bay Lightning, Buffalo Sabres, Winnipeg Jets and Atlanta Thrashers.

He won a Stanley Cup with the Lightning in 2020.
