October 26: Top Prop Bets To Look For

By: Aleem Kanji

Hockey prop bets are a market that can add a little more skin in the game. Generally, props have a lower limit than lines, but have higher payouts and change more game to game.

PointsBet has a robust prop market with goals, points assists and multi point options available for some big payouts if you hit correctly.

Below are some prop bets for October 26 that I like tonight:

Pavel Zacha: over 0.5 points: -105

Flames at Devils: 7:00 PM (EST)

The Flames played last night and will have Daniel Vladar in net. In Vladar’s last game, he had an .880 save percentage. With Hughes out, Zacha gets to play on the PP1 and has an opportunity against Calgary’s middling PK.

Timo Meier: any time goal scorer: +215
Sharks at Predators: 8:30 PM (EST)

Meier has been able to turn his first line gig into a nice run here. He has three goals in five games to start the year and is playing with Logan Couture. He is finally getting the change to show his skill and is getting a lot of the dirty area goals. San Jose is converting at  29.4 percent on the power play, where Meier gets 2:53 per game.

Yanni Gourde: any time goal scorer: +225 OR Jaden Schwartz: any time goal scorer: +225

Canadiens at Kraken: 10:00 PM (EST)

Montreal currently has the third worst penalty killing percentage and Jake Allen has .750 save percentage on the PK. Either Schwartz or Gourde will have plenty of chances while Montreal tries to get their PK back in order. I like Seattle’s depth here to take advantage of the young Habs PK personnel. Both are crafty enough to give the Habs fits.
