PointsBet Daily Bets: Blue Jackets/Jets Puckline & Rangers/Senators Puckline

Tyler Yaremchuk joined Matt Larkin and Steven Ellis on Friday’s edition of Daily Faceoff Live for another PointsBet Daily Bets segment. 

With just three games on the slate tonight. Yaremchuk provides you with all your betting needs for tonight’s matchups between: the Winnipeg Jets vs. the Columbus Blue Jackets, New York Rangers vs. Ottawa Senators and New York Islanders vs. Nashville Predators.  

Tyler Yaremchuk: A couple of plays tonight courtesy of our friends at PointsBet Canada. Starting with a matchup between the Columbus Blue Jackets and the Winnipeg Jets. I like the Puckline in this spot, the Jets are playing well, and they’ve covered the Puckline in two of those games including a very impressive win against the Colorado Avalanche in that stretch as well. So I am going to wait until Connor Hellebuyck is the confirmed starter in this matchup but once he is I’m going to be all over the Winnipeg Jets on the Puckline.

I’m also taking the New York Rangers +140 on the Puckline, just a couple of days ago they beat the Senators and covered the line in the process. I like them to get rolling and I know there’s been talk about Igor Shesterkin, and I know a lot of the talk has been from Igor himself on how poorly he has been playing but I think he’s the guy due to go on a bit of a hot streak here. He’s been up and down and I like him to maybe steal one for the Rangers tonight. Regardless I think they’re going to cover the Puckline, and the good thing with both of these being at the odds they are, all I got to do is hit one of them and I’ll be profitable. Those are my two plays and the two shot props I have lined up for tonight are Winnipeg’s Mark Scheifele and the Islanders’ Noah Dobson. Both have been crushing it as of late, four of his last five for Dobson and he’s really crushed it in a couple of those games as well. So Dobson and Scheifele for shot props.
