10 games on the slate tonight. Yaremchuk provides you with all your betting and odds needs for tonight’s matchup including the Columbus Blue Jackets vs. Buffalo Sabres, Pittsburgh Penguins vs. Nashville Predators and Boston Bruins vs Calgary Flames.
Tyler Yaremchuk: Let’s jump right into it courtesy of our friends at PointsBet Canada. I got a couple of plays that I like tonight and I’m going to start in the Columbus Blue Jackets and Buffalo Sabres matchup. The Sabres have hit the over in their last three of four games and while the Blue Jackets haven’t been the best as of late, Elvis Merzlikins is expected to get the start in the net. He’s allowed at least three goals in nine straight hockey games. The Sabres have a hot offense. These two met up earlier in the year and Tage Thompson scored like six goals in two periods or whatever the hell that was, they got the skill. Lots of goals tonight between Columbus and Buffalo, I like the over.
For my shot prop parlay tonight, we’re eyeing up Jake Guentzel of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Mikael Backlund of the Calgary Flames. The line is set at 2.5 and when you play them together it pays out +138. Guentzel has hit his prop in seven of his last ten games and, Backlund has hit it in nine straight games and had over four shots on goal in five of those. I love this spot at +138.
