PointsBet Daily Bets: Flames/Blues Puckline & Zuccarello shot prop

Tyler Yaremchuk joined Frank Seravalli and Colby Cohen on Friday’s edition of Daily Faceoff Live for another PointsBet Daily Bets segment.

Just three games on the slate NHL tonight. Yaremchuk provides you with all your betting and odds needs for tonight’s matchups including the Calgary Flames vs. St Louis Blues and Minnesota Wild vs. Chicago Blackhawks.

Tyler Yaremchuk: Let’s jump right into it courtesy of our friends at PointsBet Canada. The St. Louis Blues got the big shootout ‘W’ over the Edmonton Oilers last night. Tonight, I’m riding with Flames Nation, I’m taking Calgary on the Puckline at +120. This one all comes down to goaltending, though. Thomas Greiss is getting the start for the St Louis Blues and in his last five starts, he’s allowed 21 goals in those last five. Jacob Markstrom is the confirmed starter for the Flames, with 11 goals against in his last five starts. That’s quite the difference and the Blues are on back-to-backs, the Flames are at home at the Saddledome I love taking Calgary at -1.5 goal for plus money.

For the second time this week for a prop, we are going to Mats Zuccarello shot prop. He’s hit this in 10 straight games. For reference, we saw Rasmus Dahlin go on a run earlier this year where he hit it in 8,9,10 straight and by the time that streak got to 7 the books had adjusted. For whatever reason with Zuccarello, they haven’t moved the line and they’re keeping it at -130 and all he’s doing is crushing the shot prop. Great matchup for the Wild, and a great matchup for Zuccarello and I love him to go over 2.5 as my second play tonight Frank.
