PointsBet Daily Bets: Flyers/Sabres & Zach Hyman shot prop

Tyler Yaremchuk joined Frank Seravalli and Mike McKenna on Monday’s edition of Daily Faceoff Live for another PointsBet Daily Bets segment.

Four games on the slate tonight. Yaremchuk provides you with all your betting and odds needs for tonight’s matchups including the Philadelphia Flyers vs. Buffalo Sabres and Edmonton Oilers vs. Los Angeles Kings.

Tyler Yaremchuk: Let’s jump right into it courtesy of our friends at PointsBet Canada. Starting with the matchup between the Philadelphia Flyers and Buffalo Sabres. The over is set at 6.5 and the Sabres have hit this in four of their last five and the Flyers have hit it in seven of 10 as well. I think this has a chance to be pretty high scoring. Carter Hart is back in net for Philly but he has allowed eight goals in two starts since being activated from the injured reserve. I don’t mind this spot going over 6.5 and if it does go over I’m also going to take Dylan Cozens to grab an assist. He’s hit this mark in four of five games and he’s a point-a-game player for this Sabres team right now and it’s paying plus money. So Dylan Cozens’s assist is going to be my second play.

I’m also going out to the Edmonton Oilers and L.A. Kings game later in the evening. I’ll be taking the Zach Hyman shot prop; he’s crushed this thing in his last few games for the Oilers. You’re giving me a nice even +100 and all he needs is four shots; he had nine last game against the Colorado Avalanche. He’s been hitting this pretty consistently throughout the season, so I like taking Hyman at over 3.5, a Cozens assist and the over in Buffalo / Philly.
