PointsBet Daily Bets: Oilers vs. Blackhawks Puckline & Dylan Larkin shot prop
Tyler Yaremchuk joined Frank Seravalli and Mike McKenna on Wednesday’s edition of Daily Faceoff Live for another PointsBet Daily Bets segment.
With four games on the slate tonight. Yaremchuk provides you with all your betting needs for tonight’s matchups between the Chicago Blackhawks vs Edmonton Oilers, and Detroit Red Wings vs Buffalo Sabres.
Tyler Yaremchuk: Frank, it was a perfect 3-for-3 last night, so it feels good to finally win one and let’s hope we can keep that rolling this evening. A pretty short NHL slate tonight but our friends at PointsBet Canada have all the odds up. Let’s start with that matchup at the bottom. I love the Oilers in this game, they are +110 on the Puckline and Chicago pretty much all they have been doing is lose by two or more goals and they have failed to cover the Puckline in six of their last seven games. I like Edmonton to extend their winning streak to three games and cover the Puckline in the process.
A couple of props for this evening as well. I’m heading out to the Detroit vs. Buffalo game, I like Alex Tuch to pick up an apple. The payout is very good at +135 and he’s hit this in three of his last five games, with two multi-assist games in that span as well. He’s got 12 assists in 22 games this season and while the Sabres haven’t been winning a lot — they have been scoring a lot. So, I like Alex Tuch on that Sabres’ top line to pick up an apple. To wrap things up, yes, I do have another shot prop. The payout on this one is not great, but it’s an auto bet for me right now, Dylan Larkin over 2.5 shots on goal. He is crushing this thing, he has it in four of his last five and nine of his last 10 as well, I like Larkin to go over 2.5 shots this evening as my third and final play Frank.
Frank Seravalli: Tyler, the shot prop king. I don’t know if I agree with taking Larkin at -190 there, a pretty hefty price but we will see if that pays off for him after coming off a perfect night.
