PointsBet Daily Picks: Necas/Moore shot prop & Sebastian Aho assist prop

With just four games on the slate tonight. Yaremchuk highlights all your betting needs and predictions for the Carolina Hurricanes vs Chicago Blackhawks and L.A. Kings vs Calgary Flames. 

Tyler Yaremchuk: Let’s move along to our daily picks segment brought to you by our friends at PointsBet Canada. Tough Friday for me, bounced back on Sunday for the two plays I had up on my Twitter. So, let’s see if we can keep the momentum rolling with a couple of player props. Starting with the one you see, Sebastian Aho over 0.5, an assist. He’s got the 10 assists in 15 games so far this year, the Canes are taking on the Blackhawks so I think they should be able to generate plenty of offense this game. You’re giving me +110 on their No. 1 center and a guy who kind of runs their power play as well, I like Sebastian Aho to grab an apple at +100. 

I also like Martin Necas to hit his shot prop once again. Now usually I like to take guys who are already on heaters in the shot prop category. Necas is kind of the reverse of that. He was red hot for a while and this guy hit it in 10 of 15 games this year and he hit in six straight, then he missed it in back-to-back games. I like him to get back into the shot column tonight and go over 2.5. Also, just a quick one. Trevor Moore of the LA Kings, his line is down at -110 and set at over 2.5. I love taking the over on that as well. He’s missed in back-to-back games but he’s also hit in 11 of 15 so far this year.
