PWHL Signings Wrap-Up: Torrent sign Neubauerova, Victoire re-sign two

After a quiet Monday, at least on the PWHL front, a few more teams added some more depth to their rosters, including a notable international star moving across the country.
Let’s see what happened on Tuesday across the league.
Neubauerova joins Seattle; Delianedis, Lobdell re-sign
Probably the biggest signing of the day saw the Seattle Torrent add one of Europe’s top blueliners, signing Noemi Neubauerova to a one-year contract.
Neubauerova started the 2025-26 season in Switzerland with the dominant EV Zug. While skating as a forward, she posted an impressive 18 goals and 33 points in 26 games during the regular season. She added another five goals and eight points in six postseason games, helping Zug win the SWHL A championship. From there, she joined the Boston Fleet late in the season, playing in three regular-season contests before playing in one of the team’s games in the semifinals against the Ottawa Charge. The 26-year-old didn’t register a point in her brief time with Boston.
This past spring wasn’t Neubauerova’s first stint in the PWHL. She played in 20 games with the Toronto Sceptres during the 2024-25 campaign.
The Colgate star has also represented her country on the international stage numerous times, including playing at the 2022 and 2026 Winter Olympics, winning bronze at the 2022 and 2023 IIHF Women’s World Championships.
The Torrent added a little more depth, re-signing forward Lily Delianedis and defender Lyndie Lobdell to one-year contracts.
Delianedis was taken by Seattle in the third round, 24th overall, of the 2025 PWHL Draft. After a solid career at Cornell, the 24-year-old posted two assists in 24 games. Lobdell, the team’s fifth-round selection last summer, played in 25 games in the Torrent’s inaugural season, registering four helpers.
With the trio of signings, The Torrent has 15 players signed to contracts for next season.
Victoire re-sign Giaquinto, Warrener for next year
The Montreal Victoire also made a couple of depth re-signings, with defender Tamara Giaquinto and goaltender Megan Warrener to one-year contracts.
Giaquinto was in and out of the lineup during her rookie campaign with Montreal. A sixth-round pick in last year’s draft, she saw time when Erin Ambrose was injured a couple of times during the 2025-26 season. She didn’t post a point in 12 games. The former Boston University star posted a plus/minus of +2 while averaging 10:36 of ice time.
Warrener made the Victoire out of training camp last year, but didn’t see any playing time as the team’s third-string netminder behind Ann-Renee Desbiens and Sandra Abstreiter, dressing in just four games. She entered the pro ranks after a four-year career at the University of Connecticut.
The Victoire have 17 players under contract for next season. Teams are reportedly only allowed to sign 19 players ahead of training camp.
