Ryan Miller Ran Again; Predict the Consequences

Let’s reopen the wound left by the now infamous Milan Lucic hit. Ryan Miller was ran again, this time at the hands of Jordin Tootoo. Here’s a video of the incident:

What do you guys think? Can’t really argue that Miller was in the way of anything except the puck. Moreover, take a stab at the punishment for this on-ice crime.
