What other Canucks players are available after Kiefer Sherwood trade?

It’s a matter of when, not if, the Vancouver Canucks are going to sell off their valuable players to add assets for the long haul.
That deal was sealed when they sent franchise player Quinn Hughes to the Minnesota Wild for draft picks and young players including Marco Rossi and Zeev Buium.
Earlier Monday, they kept that going when they sent winger Kiefer Sherwood to the San Jose Sharks for a package centered around a pair of second-round picks.
Center Elias Pettersson’s name has been out there with plenty of term still left on his contract. The same holds true for Connor Garland, who is making $6 million per year through 2032.
On Monday’s episode of Daily Faceoff LIVE, host Tyler Yaremchuk and co-host and former NHL goaltender Carter Hutton were joined by NHL insider David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period to discuss who Jim Rutherford could part with next as he works on re-shaping the organization.
Carter Hutton: We’re starting to push into it, right? What does Vancouver do here? There’s talks of Connor Garland… Garland has that contract. Are we doing to start seeing the teardown come sooner in Vancouver now?
David Pagnotta: Yeah, I think so. Quinn Hughes, totally different beast. I don’t even put that in the same category here… This Andersson deal coupled with the Rangers’ official announcement of a retool on Friday has gotten things percolating even more. For Vancouver… You mentioned Connor Garland… They are cool holding on to him. They don’t want to move him, per se, but they’re not against listening, and they’re not against listening on a lot of guys… He is in play from that perspective. They’re not trying to get rid of him, is probably the best way to put it… They’re listening on Jake DeBrusk. They’re listening on Elias Pettersson.
