Martin Jones has started the last four games but the Sharks will go with Dell on the front-end of their eastern Canadian back-to-back. Dell has surrendered eight goals on 69 shots (.884 SV%) in his two starts and one relief appearance in 2019-20.

Dell gave up three goals on 33 shots in the Sharks 3-1 loss in Anaheim last Saturday. It has been an inauspicious start for Dell and Martin Jones, who have given up a combined 16 goals on 121 shots (.868 SV%) through four games. Dell was 7-5-3 with a 3.55 GAA and .875 SV% on the road last season.

Dell gave up one goal on six shots after replacing Martin Jones in the Sharks blowout loss to Vegas last night. With Jones losing back-to-back games to open the season, Dell will make his first start tonight in Anaheim. Dell was 7-5-3 with a 3.55 GAA and .875 SV% on the road in 2018-19.
