Boqvist will appear in his seventh NHL game of the season in Vegas. The rookie defenseman has one goal on 10 shots while playing 14:27 ATOI in his first six games. He will replace Slater Koekkoek in the lineup.

After just six AHL games, Boqvist was called up and the 2018 No.8 overall pick will make his NHL debut in Los Angeles. The 19-year-old defenseman will play on the top pair with Duncan Keith at even-strength and on the second power-play unit.

He is an under-sized, offensive-minded defenseman that had 60 points (20G / 40A) in 54 games with the London Knights (OHL) last season.
