Quine was recalled sent down but Austin Czarnik landing on LTIR opened the door for Quine to be recalled yet again. He has five points (1G / 4A) in four AHL games this season and 27 points (9G / 18A) in 98 career NHL games with the Islanders and Flames.
Quine made his season debut on Sunday with Sam Bennett and Andrew Mangiapane out, but Mangiapane will play Tuesday so Quine heads back to the AHL. The 26-year-old forward has one goal and four assists (five points) in four games with the Heat.
